I think the question is at the user's workstation. When I moved users from one server to another, I found a small percentage did update the document. When I traced it with a particular user, it did do the updates.

So what I did was I made an open database event which would updated their location document based on the person document. There is no need to have the user involved and that works 100%. I only wrote this script because of I felt there were people whose desktop client was not configured correctly. I do not get to install all the users desktop.

I really don't think the adminp is at fault because in a test environment everything works -but the test network is isolated and each machine was configured by me.
